BOOK NEST

Escape The Digital, Embrace the Pages...

UI/UX

At the Airport, a book space lets travellers explore and buy books but some may hesitate. They might be unfamiliar with the service, prefer to flip through books before buying or need time to browse different options. This can lead to overcrowding, making it important to create a smooth and accessible experience.

Information Architecture

Information Architecture is important because it helps in organising and

structuring content in a way that will make it easier for users to navigate

and find what they need.

Conclusion

Learning & Future Plans

As this project comes to a close, I would like to reflect on my key learnings. The journey was long and at times, I struggled with how to move forward. Starting from the scratch and navigating the process was challenging but it taught me the importance of problem-solving and adaptability. I also realised how crucial both primary and secondary research are in shaping a project like this, providing valuable insights and direction.

WHAT’S NEXT?

The future goal is to expand beyond airports and transform Book Nest into a full-fledged brand. The aim is to reach a wider audience, understand their challenges in accessing and reading physical books and continuously refine the service to solve more problems while enhancing the overall reading experience.
